This book is dedicated to my father, my family and Phiroze Uncle and Maneck Aunty, without whom I would not be who I am today.

A special thank you to Katie McDonald and my wife Lene for all your hard work, and to my colleagues and second family at illuminance Solutions and my business partner Vincent Lam for all their support, faith and patience.

Thank you to every teacher and lecturer that I had throughout my life, from failing school in India to receiving Distinctions at university in the UK and in Australia. I never was an easy student, and I am grateful for the patience and sometimes lack of patience that you all showed me. It all served a purpose.

A special greeting to my friends from all over the world that helped me with what I found most difficult in writing this book; choosing the title and deciding on the cover design. Without any you this book would never have seen the light of day.
